We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR department. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Conduct training and development programs for employees and management
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation programs
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Support organizational development and workforce planning
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR issues
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Experience in strategic HR planning
Experience in performance management systems and talent development
Office-based or hybrid work setup
May require occasional travel for recruitment or training events
