HR Manager

Join Our Team as an HR Manager at SHJ International!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training and development
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR related matters
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
